Information
- The conference registration fee includes full access to all technical sessions and poster presentations, as well as daily refreshments, including morning and afternoon tea services, and admission to the conference banquet (for Academic & Others only).
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the ACOE 2025 Secretariat.
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before November 4, 2025.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations received after November 4, 2025.
- All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
